Timemore has taken the old reliable French Press and given it a modern, minimalist makeover that ensures a clean cup.
This is the ideal brewing method if you like your coffee full-bodied and flavourful. You immerse your grounds in the carafe filled with water at no more than 93°C and put the plunger in place on top of the cylinder.
You then press down on the plunger, allowing the in-built filter to separate the grounds from the coffee. This results in a strong flavour extraction without scalding the beans.
Monitoring the grind size, brewing time, and water temperature can make for a tricky process, but this precise and convenient-to-use French Press removes a lot of the hassle!
