Produced by nelson a member of occiafe at Tierra Linda Farm. This coffee is depulped for 5 hours. Once it’s harvested its exposed to a long dry anaerobic fermentation of 24 hrs and sundried on concrete patios to ideal moisture content. This unique varietal is a cross between Timor Hybrid, Bourbon and Typica. The word Tabis means good in guambiano dialect
