A fully washed processed Caturra from Hector Zuniga in the Huila region of Colombia. His farm is 1600-1700MASL and this lot was exposed to an extended dry fermentation of around 55 hours (the coffee cherries are places in steel tanks under 18Oc) before pulped and then 90 additional hours after being pulped.
