Grown by Andreas Guaca at Finca Guacanas, this coffee was picked following a strict ripeness criteria and hand sorted. Cherries were left to ferment inside plastic tanks for 64 hours adding CO2, later left to dry on raised beds below 35 degrees c. until ideal moisture content was achieved. This microlot is 100% pink bourbon. This varietal is currently under research to determine its origin. It is said that is a mutation that took place at 2100 masl in San Adolfo Huila
