Grown by Rafael Amaya at Finca La Virginia. Maragogype is one of the most unique coffee varietals, producing the largest coffee cherry. This coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criterion, hand sorted and then exposed to a dry fermentation period of 36 hours.
